Quality & Compliance
Quality is a paperwork problem as much as a parts problem.
Our quality framework is built around one question for every line item: can we prove where this came from and what it’s approved for?
Quality Policy
What we commit to on every order
- Source only through OEMs, authorised distributors or approved manufacturers
- Match every shipment to its release certificate before dispatch
- Maintain lot and batch records for the life of the part
- Flag any part we cannot fully document, rather than ship it anyway
- Store chemicals, sealants and hazardous consumables to their required conditions
- Review supplier performance on an ongoing basis, not just at onboarding
Certifications & Compliance
Frameworks we align to
Certification status and reference numbers should be confirmed and inserted here before this page goes live.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management System
Our operating procedures — from supplier qualification to shipment release — follow an ISO 9001-aligned quality management structure.
AS9120B — Aviation Distribution Standard
Stock handling, documentation control and record-keeping practices are modelled on the AS9120B distribution standard for aerospace parts.
FAA / EASA / DGCA — Regulatory Alignment
We track FAA, EASA and DGCA requirements relevant to the parts we move, and flag any export restriction before it becomes your problem.
Commitment
Documentation isn't a line item, it's the product.
A part without paperwork is a liability, not inventory. Every consignment that leaves Airfyx is packed with the documents an inspector, an auditor or your own quality team would ask for — because eventually, someone will.
